"Excellent in every respect"
The accommodation is high quality backed up by excellent and friendly service from Natasha and her team. The location is ideal with superb views of Walker Bay and well placed for all Hermanus has to offer and just steps away from the coastal walk. The breakfast offering was comprehensive, fresh and well prepared. In advance of our visit Natasha provided suggestions for good local restaurants and made the bookings for us.

"Great host, great stay"
I believe, I got a good deal through Genius as I could stay for R1040 a night. The hotel is in the city center, where all the sights are, with the breakfast area overlooking the ocean incl. whales and dolphins. The host is very welcoming and helpful and went out of her way to check me in late. She also offered to manage any reservations and bookings for activities during my stay. The breakfast is luxurious. The room wasn’t big but just as the rest of the hotel clean, cute and had everything one might need.

"Great place to stay"
This guest house is something else , it’s situated in the most ideal spot on the water front overlooking the bay . The staff are lovely and very welcoming and the rooms in this property are exquisite, the breakfast is superb and served in a dinner overlooking the bay . The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful planning and advising great ideas for your stay . Would I recommend this establishment??? Without a shadow of a doubt.

"Beautiful hotel"
Beautiful hotel- the room was stunning, extremely comfortable and with everything we could need. Breakfast was delicious, location was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! We had lovely views of the sea from our room and at breakfast.

A beautifully maintained old heritage building, managed by the loveliest Natasha. The rooms have lovely little extras - fluffy white robes, lovely soaps and lotions, etc. I hope to come back as soon as possible!

"Exquisite, amazing, perfect"
This is hospitality at its very best. We travel all over the world, and one of our absolute favorites is La Fontaine. The breakfast is just perfect, the croissants are French to its best and you will get your eggs anyway you like them. On top of that, the interior is the stuff of dreams, contemporary yet exquisite and no detail is left behind. Staff is super friendly and will tend to all your needs. 10/10 is not even enough for this place.

"Very comfortable stay!"
Highly recommended for the location and awesome views. Comfortable bed, absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Little bar fridge, coffee/tea facilities in your room. Cliff pathway runs right past the guest house. Nearby restaurants and shops mean you don't have to drive anywhere.

A truly fantastic guest house. An amazing well appointed room. A beautiful view. A great breakfast. The proximity to restaurants and the main tourist areas in Hermanus is an added bonus. It’s modern yet very homey, safari but a little clique.

Absolutely phenomenal service and property! Only stayed 1 night and wish we could have stayed longer! The service was impeccable- so friendly and personal and everything was beautiful- the room, breakfast, close to the centre! 100% recommend!
