A true guest house. We felt like welcomed guests! Natasha and her team couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Complimentary fruit bowl and lollies got a 5 star from our kids and the complimentary port gets a 5 star from the parents ;)

A fabulous guest house, just a short walk into the centre of Hermanus. Stunning views. A lovely sitting room where we could have a drink and a chat in the evening, and try to spot whales during the day. Arlene helped organise a surprise for our children and couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely setting for breakfast overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and lots of choice. Would happily recommend La Fontaine, and look forward to staying there again in the future

"Beautiful guest house on the ocean with lovely staff"
The guest house was amazing. It was a lovely little guest house right next to the ocean and within walking distance of everything. Everyone working there was absolutely lovely about telling me about the area, restaurants, etc. I actually thought about extending my stay (only there one night) but it was fully booked the next night. The breakfast was excellent and from local ingredients. Would definitely come back!

Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and lots of choice. I'm just sorry that we only had one night there. Will stay longer next time! Would happily recommend La Fontaine, and look forward to staying there again in the future!
