"Service doesn’t get any better!"
Not really sure where to start. The reception on arrival was so welcoming and warm. The room was spacious, clean and contained everything we needed. And the breakfasts - amazing! What a stylish, cosy place this is. And the “honesty bar” system is so refreshing. But the vibe created by Natasha and her team is what will stand out for me. Service simply doesn’t get better than this. Me leaving a couple of pairs of shoes did’t faze them - they found me at my next stop in Cape Town You’ve got to try this place.

"Warm hospitality and epic location"
Delicious breakfast. Perfect location looking out to the water. We saw a giant pod of dolphins and a wale while we ate breakfast! Staff were fantastic. Good value for money.

Natascha - the hotel manager - made the stay a wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, child friendly. We got an upgrade last minute because of construction work next to the premise, that was very thoughtful. Thank you!

"Warmly run hotel"
A very clean, well located hotel in Hermanus. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very extensive. I can highly recommend the hotel and would go there again at any time.

"Super, would like to move in"
Got there in a storm. Lurched off saw whales breaching in the bay,within 300 m of setting off. Proper 'old school' glamour and super attentive staff. Great breakfast and view, 400m from the middle of town, on sote parking, honesty bar in rhe room, sharwd lounge to meet guest and free sherry to help social confidence. Super, would like to move in. Note this was all during 3 days of 11c and storms. Still ruddy awesome. Go.

"Beautiful guest house"
Ideally located. The welcome is very warm. We were given all the information we needed (things to do, restaurant reservations, etc). The room was superb and huge, with every possible comfort. If we ever go back to Hermanus, we'll definitely choose this guest house.
