A true home from home. Natasha and Devon are wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and they have made this a beautiful place to stay. We had whales breaching in front of us within minutes of our arrival, just amazing! The rooms are spotless, so comfortable and well thought out with lots of amenities. There is a well stocked honesty mini bar in each room. We had a stunning sea view from our balcony. It is an easy 5 minute walk to many lovely restaurants and is right on the fabulous cliff path which we walked each morning. Hermanus is such a brilliant town and we wished we were staying longer. Very sad to leave, thank you!

We liked everything, the luxury feel of the guesthouse , the location and the service by Devon and Natasha. Great location, great views and great breakfast. We would stay again a day again and again.

"Perfection with a view"
La Fontaine is located overlooking the ocean and you can see Whales breaching from your balcony. Our hostess Natasha was so welcoming and informative, she makes the place extra special. The accommodation is excellent - spotlessly clean with a lovely communal lounge where we relaxed with a glass of wine after our dinner in Hermanus (easy walk to centre) every night.The room was beautiful with every amenity needed. A sumptuous breakfast every morning with very friendly service. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

What a stunning place to stay, the sea view is absolutely spectacular! The rooms are super comfortable and beautiful. Ideally located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Great spread for breakfast. I could carry on and on about everything I loved.
